2023 IT'S GARDENING TIME AGAIN!

CANCELED: Sunday, 5/21, Garden Clean Up from 10 AM-2 PM. Help get the new garden season underway. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Cold drinks will be on site. Please bring any tools like shovels & edgers. Any questions call Donna Young. Thank you.

March 13, 2022 at Noon - Postponed due to the rain. Watch for rescheduled date. We will have a work bee in the Community Garden. If you are able to help, we need to do some weeding and cleaning around the garden boxes. Thank you!

Over the years, there have been many extraordinary people who have helped make this garden a reality for the local church and community and been blessed by this process--inspiring others to opt outside and grow together.

A few (some new and some experienced here) met on the afternoon of April 11th to have another garden work bee. Here are a few highlights of the time working together and preparing the garden beds and vines. We raked grass clippings, tilled the soil in the raised beds, pruned back the blackberries that mixed in with the grape vines, and repaired some of the garden boxes.
